How soon should I order my stationery?
We recommend ordering your wedding stationery as soon as possible. Especially if you are sending out Save the dates.
House Collection designs can take 2-6 weeks.
Alot of time is dedicated to bespoke stationery so we suggest allowing 2-3 months for this service. This gives us plenty of time to discuss your colours, themes and all the little details which mean something to you, try out ideas and make amends. However, if you are short of time, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will always try our best to help.
Once we have finalised your design, printing and assembly can take up to 2 weeks to be completed. If you require it quicker please let us know in advance.
Just a reminder printing cannot commence until you have approved the artwork and paid your final balance.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum quantity for stationery is 25 pieces. If you require less than this it is possible but there will be a premium.
How many should I order?
Just a reminder... You don't need to send an invite to every guest only one per household. We also suggest to order a extra 10% incase of changes to your guestlist or mistakes.
Ordering extra copies later can be very costly.
Don't forget it's always nice to have an extra one for yourselves to keep too!
Bespoke Stationery, is there a set price?
Bespoke services start at £100 depending on the type of design you are after, the standard stationery prices then also apply. For any more information drop us an email.
How long is my quotation valid for?
Once you have received a quote from us this quote is valid for 30 days.

What can be changed in the house collections?
The colours can be changed on the majority of our house collection designs. The wording can also be changed.
I can't decide...I love a couple of your house collection designs
Why not combine them? We love the idea of combining a couple of our house collection designs into something truly bespoke. There is a £30 design fee for this.
What paper do you use?
Our house collection designs are all printed on 280gm textured card, we do offer alternative paper stocks at additional costs.
How accurate are the colours on the screen?
Unfortunately it is impossible to say exactly that the colours will be the exact same as your screen as that of the final printed design, as you can appreciate all screens vary in brightness and display things differently.
Are envelopes included?
Yes, All our prices include envelopes.
We have two sets of prices depending on the type of envelope you would prefer for you main invitations. Standard white or Kraft or premium coloured enveloped which can be ordered to match your colour scheme. RSVP cards include our standard white or Kraft envelopes.
Can we have each invitation personalised with our guests names?
Yes, This service is chargeable and you will need to send an excel document containing your guests names.
How do I place an order?

PROOFS + PRINTING
Will I see a proof?
Yes.. You will receive a digital PDF proof via email before you order is printed. If you purchase personalised stationery you will receive two PDF proofs in your package, Additional digital proofs are charged £20 extra.
We do not tend to send printed proofs, this is because it is very expensive for our printer to set up a single print run.
Do you print in-house?
All our stationery is outsourced to be professionally printed to ensure the best quality pieces.
What print techniques do you offer?
Not only do we offer digital printed invitations, we also offer digital foiling. Your invitations can be printed to your exact requirements.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer is the easiest and most efficient way to pay.
When do I pay?
Once you have chosen your design an invoice will be sent. A £100 deposit is then taken for orders over £100.
The full payment is then taken before the order is sent to print.
POSTAGE + REFUNDS
How much is postage?
Postage is charged additional and varies depending on the final weight of your order.
Can I collect?
Live local to Oakham? or fancy a ride to Rutland. Of course you can collect your order. It's always great to meet you face to face and see you open your stationery too!
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are only issued on the basis that no design work has begun.
We've noticed a mistake on our stationery
If you notice a mistake on your stationery, please contact me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, the responsibility for checking proofs falls to you, the client, so any reprints will incur a charge.
